Sh, Operational Working Conditions

This document sets forth the rules that our customers are required to follow during their visits and operations at our data centers.

The customer must submit their request related to the visit/work at least 3 (three) business days in advance via the support ticket system available through the customer panel provided by our Company. The information requested by our Company regarding the individuals who will participate in the operation must be shared. Based on this support request, the customer may carry out the operation on their assigned cabinet, area, or server within the mutually agreed time frame, provided that they comply with the rules listed below.

GENERAL RULES

Dear customer, our Company’s Operational Working Conditions aim to ensure you can carry out your activities in a safe and comfortable manner by informing you about our practices, systems, services, personnel, and security measures at our data center, while also ensuring the safety of other customers. Adhering to the rules and assisting our staff will help us provide you with the best possible service.

The presence of the authorized personnel previously notified to our Company is mandatory. If someone other than the notified individuals participates, we reserve the right to deny access or exclude them from the operation.

If participants fail to comply with the rules, our Company has the right to remove them from the data center and request their replacement for future operations.

For security purposes, participants may be required to provide a copy of their ID, signature, and a written commitment to comply with the rules.

Note that you are obligated to comply with our Company’s and the building management’s policies on occupational health and safety, and emergency situations.

Building entrances, work rooms, corridors, and emergency exits:

Do not leave any boxes, construction materials, IT equipment, or similar items in building entrances, corridors, or emergency exits that may obstruct movement or visibility.

Do not make loud noises or play music at a volume that may disturb others in any area of the building, including rooms.

Cleaning, Waste and Trash:

Do not leave behind any trash or unused materials in the workspace. You may dispose of paper, plastic, metal, and glass waste in recycling stations or hand them over to cleaning staff after separating them.

Physical Security:

Our data centers are equipped with security measures such as card access and CCTV systems. In addition, the building's security is maintained by a private security company. Please comply with these measures.

Visitor cards are personal. Entry and exit points are logged by the system; always wear your card visibly around your neck and do not lend it to others under any circumstances.

Data Center Section:

It is prohibited to bring food or drinks into the data center section.

Work in the data center must be carried out only in the presence of our staff.

Smoking:

Smoking is prohibited in our data centers, office spaces, stairways, and rooftops.

Occupational Health and Safety:

You are responsible for taking all necessary occupational health and safety measures during your operation. If safety measures are not followed, we reserve the right to halt the operation. You will be held liable for any accidents that may occur.

FACILITIES PROVIDED IN OUR DATA CENTERS

Work Environment:

Offices are equipped with kitchens and restrooms. These are cleaned daily by cleaning personnel. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, hot/cold water dispenser, and kettle.

Sh Online provides tea bags, instant coffee, sugar, paper cups for hot drinks, and plastic cups for cold drinks in the kitchen. There is a waste bin under the counter; please dispose of your trash here. Food waste should be disposed of in the kitchen bin.

There is a wireless network available for our guests and customers; you may register online to use it.

Emergency Situations:

Risk analysis for fire hazards has been conducted for our data centers.

Our data centers have fire exit signs and emergency exit indicators. In an emergency, the building can be evacuated using the stairwell or by following emergency exit signs to the fire escape.

Technical Equipment:

Our data centers are equipped with systems for climate control, fire detection, automatic fire suppression, load-bearing, uninterrupted power, and pest control, all of which are regularly maintained.

Customers are provided with designated storage areas for unused devices and boxes.

CCTV and card access systems are in place for your safety.
