Our Organization

The responsibility for the implementation of this policy and all matters concerning health, safety, and well-being throughout the Company lies with the Board of Directors.

The Senior Management Team is responsible for implementing this policy and managing health, safety, and well-being within their areas of control.

The Operational Standards Officer is responsible for putting this policy into effect and ensuring that the occupational health & safety management system is integrated with and supports other relevant standards applicable to the work.

Department and Operational Managers and assigned responsible individuals are accountable for health, safety, and well-being within their functions and locations, and for reporting on any work conducted outside the main site.

Every individual working for or on behalf of the Company is responsible for complying with the requirements of this policy.

While providing adequate welfare facilities, we are seriously committed to establishing and maintaining safe working practices and conditions that prevent injury or illness to anyone conducting or affected by our operations.

Our management ensures that the Company:

* Complies with applicable legislation, regulations, and government guidelines, and, where possible, applies relevant industry codes of practice.

* Implements an effective occupational health and safety management system, establishes objectives and targets to fulfill our commitments, and fosters an environment of continual performance improvement.

* Provides the necessary tools, information, and resources to ensure the proper implementation of the occupational health and safety management system and its integration into the Company’s operational culture.

* Delivers training to equip employees with the necessary skills to perform their duties safely and without health risks.

* Assesses, monitors, and audits contractors to ensure they do not pose unacceptable health and safety risks during their work.

* Identifies health and safety hazards and evaluates risks to eliminate or control them in order to prevent accidents, injuries, or illness among those performing or affected by the activities.

* Consults with employees regarding health and safety matters, policies, and procedures.

* Provides reasonable accommodations and necessary arrangements for individuals with vulnerabilities or disabilities.

* Ensures that objectives, targets, or changes are implemented without negatively impacting occupational health and safety.

* Raises and addresses significant health and safety risks.

* Informs relevant parties about safety arrangements, significant risks, and the importance of effective occupational health and safety management.
